IMO Camelot Mystics' Camelot Ability Planner is the best one out there but theres plenty of diferent ones..

so when do u get the realm abilities? Often i seem to gain realm ability points but then they vanish? excuse the question as i have not really read up that much on them but am a bit confused

The realmabilities are introduced in patch 1.50.

You get 1 realmpoint for every realmlevel you have.

For example at R2L4 you would have 14 realmpoints.

where is this cammo thing everyone talks about for archers?

is that a skill that is comming or a RA?
(cant find it on the rangers RA ability)

Camouflage isn't a Realm Ability, it's a new baseline ability that archers get at level 30, starting in version 1.52. It allows archers to be immune to assassin's See Hidden ability, as long as they have been out of combat for 10 minutes.

what if one of your stats is at cap, will realm abilities raise it beyond?

Your stats have several caps:

items: level*1.5
base buffs: level*1.5
spec buffs: level *1
realm abilities: 30 (by getting level 5 in the boost...)

so a troll warrior at lvl 50 with increased strength 5 and buffed to the max

base: 100+18 starting(crazy)+45 from levels
163

items: 50*1.5=75
base buffs: 50*1.5=75
spec buffs: 50
realm abilities: 30

total strength: 393
