Recently from weightlifting i'm finding that my hands are quite frankly getting fucked from the weights i'm using
. The grooves on the bar are ripping my hands to shreds despite wearing gloves, Where my grip starts to fail the bar really rubs and it's wearing away the top layer of skin, so it's incredibly sore after a workout.
Does anyone have any ideas how to toughen up the skin quicker than the formation of callous's?. I've heard methylated spirit could do the job but i was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions.
