Does hand of god help a monster rez out by adding to the absorb?

or doesn't it work?

Hmm, SoS + BoF + HoG + Monster Rezz might be funny :)

Can you Phase Shift whilst in Monster Rezz mode? Does the PBAoE still work?

afaik cant do any normal abilities in monster such as casting spells or use ml´s

we know, but if u are monster rezzed and a cleric in your grp uses for example bof, should work.

Hand of god breaks first time you do something offensive.(attacking with aoe dot) So it works until you start dealing damage.

But the range is only 2k from the cleric and if cleric moves it breaks.

Cleric would have a hard time standing in 2k range of the enemy and stay alive. ;)

Hand of god can be usefull for suicide reaverbomb, TWF3 in sieges. lets him get to the enemy before they kill him.

wasn't sure if the AOE pulse was classed as offensive, in that you have no control over if it is on or off. I know that with HoG if you attack or cast with it active it drops. Maybe someone could test it see how good the absorb is, and check that it does drop in monster rez.

As for clerics staying alive with HoG its quiet simple, in open field combat thats not going to happen, in sieges cleaning, towers/bridge rooms, etc ,just pop the cleric next to a FoP at the wall outside of LoS and its no problem.

The HoG breaks when you deal damage with monsterrezz, have tried.
Also the only class with HoG is a BB, meaning you have to bring your bb with you to the siege.

But HoG is uber. my mincer with no block mind you, stodd at a HF and got hit by 4 archers, bolt, warlock dot instas you name it and they could not kill him. :p no heal needed. :)

i think it would be cool to run with a full ENH (or 48enh) cleric in rvr - certainly helps with buffs / resists and buff sheers :)

Monster rezz is so much more effective when used with a bit of forethought.

For example if you are monster rezzing someone in group always add the group mezz/shear proc buff and damage shield to the monster before he goes out, it will increase the damage he does whilst out there.

That swings both ways though, people accepting monster rezz need to think about it more from what I have seen. To many accept the rezz then run blindly out there to die out of range and sight of any support. If you accept a monster rezz remember it only lasts 45 seconds, run around the enemy for no more then 30 seconds before coming back and waiting to die in clear and safe LoS of the heretic so you can have the fun all over again.

If its a bridge tower fight a fun trick is to run up the stairs, dance around the top level for 40 seconds before jumping over the wall to die in front of the heretics on the bottom floor again.

Hey don't forget though, Monster Rez is better than a Ghetto since after the effect has worn off, you have full power :) i think its great for a caster to be monster rezzed instead of the ghetto :)
