Was just matter of time due to his driving style, be interesting to see how he bounces back. this weekend will be real test if he drives tomorrow and will see if he is as good when trying to come through the pack.

lol, I feel bad... at work on monday I had one chip off a customers portion of chips because I thought it was going to fall off anyway.

The chef (who I constantly talk about football and formula one with) saw me and said take one out of the thing next time not off a portion and I said it was gonna fall of anyway. As a joke he said swear on Beckham and Hamilton, so I did. Now Beckham is injured before his first game at LA Galaxy and Hamilton has a crash. Good job I didn't swear on British sporting success.

Wasn't his fault. Apparently his wheel wasn't put on properly, some fault with the equipment when it was put on. The wheel came off and sent him into the barrier.

He has shown he is capable of overtaking this year already. It will be interesting to see how he copes with his first F1 set back and crash if he races tomorrow. But it probably isn't the first time (or last time) he will crash and most F1 drivers seem to have pretty big balls when it comes to this sort of stuff.

Wasnt his fault no, but he always pushes the car to the limit so any slight fault in it can easily cause him to crash. Probably in this instance the way he drives wouldnt have made a difference, but in general I suspected him to have a major crash at some point this season for that reason.

Sorry mate but every F1 driver pushes his car to the limit. Thats what they are paid to do.
Granted some drivers have a smoother style than others (Coultard is actually one of the smoothest drivers in F1 but does he win much ?) but his crash was caused by a loose tyre rubbing on the air duct for his brake.

His driving style had nothing to do with it. As soon as his front right was loaded heavily in going round a fast bend it was always going to cause the tyre to fail.
