Halo: The Flood

Just started reading it, it follows the game but unlike the first book, u hear more about the covenent from their side of the war and from Foehammer the Pilot in Halo. If you've played the Game u will follow each Master Chief section as when u were playing.

A great read

Having vaguely played the game... can this be an even remotely ... well .. anything .. book? It just seems so... bad. Even if the book came first, no one read it before, so its just going to be a poor parody of.

Hmmmm, almost as bad as films before books.

I aint read it plightstar and wouldnt normally touch something like this with a barge pole but the number of really positive reader reviews I've seen about this book gives the impression it may be better than what you'd think.
