Halloween: Gaffa tape is your master

I've managed to find some boiler suits (£11), BUT there is a chance they might not arrive before saturday so I am stuck . The only backup I can think of is an asbestos (spelling) suit which are quite thick, but not sure where to get them from?

Anyhow the ghostbuster outfit on a budget so far:

Armed with Gaffa tape, wire, 2 Lemonade Bottles, cable, washing line, and a toy gun: Ghostbuster Pack

£3 toy pack from toys r us and some wire: Ghostbuster Belt

Should be four of us hitting the streets this saturday :}. Just need to get the sodding theme tune out of my head grrr...

Could you use paper cover-alls instead of boiler suits? They are readily available from DIY stores (Wickes and B&Q definatley do them) but are white, which isnt really a Ghost-buster colour, although they do have the advantage that if you get bored of busting ghost's, you could bust-a-move Altern8 stylee

You could soak the white coat in tea...that would make it a Ghostbuster colourish

Tom someone has already commented the packs could look like bombs due to the wires hanging off them. I will laugh hard if we are stopped anywhere. The terrorists have won if we get questioned what we have in the packs .

What a night, people loved us, but a tad to much. dj sticks on ghostbuster theme tune and a shout out then chaos rained. I remember being patted on the shouler 1000 times and given thumbs up ugh head...
