Halflife Dedicated Server Question

Recently I have decided to run a deciated server to cater for lan parties at my house for halflife and opposing forces. Unfortunately I don't have any information on the dedicated server and only know how to change the map. I am seeking information on running a dedicated server for opposing forces, TFC and basically anything else I can ge my hands on relating to Halflife and would be very grateful for anyones contribution.

hmmmm, you wouldn't happen to be ex-XKI x-out?

erm, I'm sure there's remote admin proggys about ... iirc PHL has some admin toolz. of course there's also the old fashioned console route (I.am/Half-life should have a list of console commands and variables]
