HalfIRC

I wish i could get it to work!!

I get the blue UI within CS, but it doesn't monitor the channel that im using in mirc (yes... it is mirc v5.91). Although it does half work; any text that I type in using halfIrc does actually show in my channel within Mirc (all i get within HalfIrc is a message saying /say $active blah blah, nothin anyone replies to me gets passed through to halfirc - wierd).

If anyone knows how to fix this, it'd be appreciated, cause it looks quite cool, so it does.

Doesn't seem too useful to me. Make me an admin and I'll start using it;)

Is very good in my opinon, saves alt-tabbing to mirc when trying to arrange stuff.

Just make sure you have the 'newer' version released sun/mon rather than the one form saturday. It makes it much easier to type :)

Rippped it does that say %active stuff on mine and works fine, so I guess it is supposd to do that

Works Very Well

HalfIRC works bloody perfect. I don't know why the stuff ur typing doesn't appear on the channel, but just member, it only works on 1 channel, so no hopping is allowed.

When i used it, i changed the config of it, so that it displayed the text from every channel your in, putting the channel in brackets before the name :)

Its great for CS, if you get killed early you can go and have a chat

it only works on 1 channel, so no hopping is allowed
Can't you do a /join #channelname inside it?

No you cant change channels from within halfirc. The only way to do so is to alt tab to windows and change the active mirc window.

That's why i modified it so it showed text from all the channels you're in. It was messy if there was a big conversation going in #bw, but useful. Then i'd just use ``/msg #channel blah'' to talk.
