Half-Life in under one hour

The Speed Demos Archive have a demo showing half-life being completed from start to finish in under an hour. The demo was edited to show the best bits, with some sections being replayed to get quicker times. The question is would you be mad enough to watch it from start to finish? Maybe on a rainy day I guess so here's the demo:
