Half Life - Best PC Game Ever?

Thats what PC gamer says according to BW news. I think it's great but hardly the best game ever, any one have any views on this?

Well dunno 'bout HL being the best, it certainly is a damn fine game.

1. C&C Tiberian Dawn (The first & the original)
2. Diablo (Of course

3. Microprose GP series (for scaring the crap out of my old 486's)
4. Chuckie Egg
5. Er, dunno about this one yet...

Sensi Soccer (Amiga)
Sarglider (Atari ST yes i had 1)
Half-Hife (4 me the best game!)
Elite (BBC, The only game for the BBC)
Championship Manager 2 (LFC woulld win & win!!! If only it were true!)

Ahhhh, New Zealand Story and Xenon2 - now those were damn awesome games.
NZS had me lost cos of the sheer size of some of those levels it had. Xenon2 has to be rated for its 'Bomb The Blast' Tune, and that massive great big laser add-on that you could purchase

Xenon 2 had a really sucky ending though..you kill the last boss, u go to the shot scene, and the guys says well done. Then you get a white dot in the center of your screen...then, guess what? You go back to the beginning of the game only all the monsters have twoice as much health. I still LOVE the game though, especially hte graphics

I liked a game on the C64 ... it was called New York City ... a great game which symbolises real life in NYC
