HAC Solo tactics

So ive just got my brand new shiny Ishtar and im wondering how to play it solo. Obv, my DPS is comming from drones, but if I stay out of range of the enemy, he will just warp away. If I get in close, especially against a battleship, how do I stop him tearing me a new one?

1 tracking disruptor and get close with zerker 2's imo , dual medium rep ofc

Personally my fav solo ship is the dps cane with 1 nano in lows or one of my cynabal's , gallante cruiser 5 was 1st one i trained tho and i dont have t2 heavies so didnt really bother with the ishtar much
