Guilds for L20 camlann newb?

Im new to camlann but an experienced player and probably more importanly a mature adult not an annoying kid.

Im after a guild but noone wants you unless youre L50 rr4:/

Any nice guilds want a L20 eldy?

Well, when you think about it thats a bit fucking stupid, what if you end up PKing some member from that guild, they still gonna let you in at rr4 when youve probably killed enough of their members for about a 1/4 of the rp needed to attain rr4?
