Guild seeking Members

Given this much thought, and decided that after playing DAOC for sometime I would like to have a bash at starting/running a guild in Hibernia

Most guilds I have been in have had great people but lack what I seek within a Guild.
Teamwork for the most, events, RVR nights helping each other within the guild and bringing something back to Hibernia that only a few guilds seem to be doing at moment. The 1’s you can’t get into.

So the point of this post is: What you would like to see from a guild?

Comments, Suggestions etc.

I am going to need help in getting this up and running. Private message me if you would like to help, with character name and I will contact you in game.

I'd like to say from what me and GoH have been discussing, it sounds like this would be a pretty good guild to join/be a part of if you are hoping to further your characters and be a part of a friendly community.
