Guild Colours

Some time ago when the guild hit lvl10 we saved the guild heraldry we wanted to have.
Once we hit lvl15 and happy we could finally have the heraldry on our cloaks we had to find out the colours werent exactly what we choose the night we saved it.
After talking to a GM about this we got the answer they can't be changed, even if it's not what we wanted in the first place!

Has this happened to anyone else or is my guild the only unlucky one?

Am finding it really "weird" that even the GM's or anyone else can't change the colours anymore, even after we're now stuck with something we didn't choose for...

It's a screwed up system.

At 10 you choose the colours.

At 15 you choose the emblem.

At 20 you can finally wear it ... only to find out that another guild has almost the exact same.


But this way they can sell the "Redo your Emblem!" as a feature

Is your standard showing the colours you wanted? The guild cloak colours are very bugged atm and often show something wrong or not at all. The standards always seem to be correct though (you can check that in guild tab standards panel without having to actually have a standard out). Also you'll find the emblem part doesn't unlock until guild level 20 so you might have the right colours but with the wrong emblem for a while.

Javai is right. At GR15 you get the "3-realm" symbol for an emblem but the rest of your cloak should be what you reserved at GR10. The correct colours, shape, edging style and edging colours. At GR20 the default "3-realm" emblem will change into the one you reserved at GR10, a little way to go yet my friend....

The night we chose the colours, it showed them the way we wanted them to be on that standard in the guild tab menu.

And now that we have the colours on the cloaks it also shows em wrong on that standard.

Hmm then that is indeed a bug it seems. Will have to ask GOA to check the logs of the night you reserved your emblem to see what went wrong.

Definitely something wrong then as they are not changeable once chosen so it can't be something one of your members did to it.

In another thread on here MagnusK says you should PM him if you feel you have not been treated properly via in-game support and this does appear to be a case of that. I'd drop him a line he may be able to help.
