Guild cloak change?!?!? problem

I need to change the guild cloak in my guild... it has been done a few times befor but now the Guild emblemer NPC says " u have alrdy changed the guild emblem" i had other GM's in my guild try it too... no 1 can change it.... is there a timer so u can only do it 1 time every 24 h / 7 days or somthing??
plz help ;p

I _should_ only be changable once, so you got lucky with a bug/something then.

Disband the guild, form it again, choose emblem.
Painful, but works.

And most of the time fails due to not active accounts or people not disbanding as asked... Which then results in taking a new guildname.

Welll we did it again... When i did it it had been done 2 or 3 times befor... so i was no. 3 or 4 who did it...
now a m8 of mine did it again... makeing it no. 4-5 i did it in goth... he did it in cammy... might have need why... dunno...
