Guild Application. and Help with a Night Quest

Hi there, I would like to join Freddys Horde - I have asked online a number of times if there is anyone online whom could invite me, no reply - if anyone is online in the next hour or so, my toon is called Gwadien.

Now for the issue, I'm on the step "Awakening III"
It says I must go see a girl called Isleen, so okay, I go into the keep where it tells me to go, but then the X says go above you or below you or go back outside again, so after clearing out the whole place taking about a hour... I had no luck...

This is for the Priest of Mitra by the way...

I remember having some problems finding that girl myself. As i remember, you had to go up the stairs by the guard barracks, close to the main exit door of the keep. If you stand in the main hall on the bottom floor and look towards the exit, it's the stairs on the right side.
