The woman of this couple (don't think I am mistaken) used sex as an aid to losing weight. Apparently she used to weigh over 20 stone and has now lost 6 of it. To be honest, I'm kind of with the ruling... to a degree. If you're responsible for creating a nuisance, within boundaries, it should be up to you to make sure they're not a problem anymore, otherwise the law becomes a very different kettle of fish. I lived next door to a chinese girl whos boyfriend happened to be more vocal then her and it was bloody annoying at 9am every morning and not the most pleasant of things to have to listen to...

But, if anything it makes me 'n' the mrs a little horny ourselves, and usually soon set about beating them at their own game. Not at the moment though, my back is *fucked*. Well I didn't think I was puritanical but I not so sure when I read stuff like this noisy sex post. Most people would have some consideration about the noise they make - be it having the tv or radio on too loud - or a dog barking - or raising voices unecessariy, but no this couple shag at full volume for hours on end. Imagine if you lived next door to this inconsiderate (and thick more than likely) pair. Your parents call around, you have friends in, you have the local vicar in for coffee (you might) and they start off. Paper thin walls probably and you can hear every sickening yelp and yell. And apparently they go at it nearly everyday. Fuck that. Something would have to be done about it or they should bugger off somewhere with sound proofed walls or go live in some caravan out in the middle of a field. It is pure and simple noise pollution and harrassment in my books. What usually happens in situations like this is the neighbour ends up having to move whilst the noisy people remain in situ (not sure if that is the right wording - in place maybe?). Sign of the bloody times. The morons - who are often very aggressive too - are taking over the damn country.

Not that I have very strong views on these matters .
