Adari has a 99qua set up. Probably the best you will find.

Here you go.

All done with 99% stuff and easily got items. Str will be closer to cap when the df diamond rings get changed to + 18 str and con each making it 73.

Not bad if i do say so myself

Could probably cap mine if you used mp boots gloves sleeves as they are well cheap, and fiddles a little.
