Played a bit of online last night. Its an odd game tbh, I cant really make up my mind.

It looks a bit like Toca Race driver, nice graphics, but not as real as GTR (if you know what I mean) although there are limitless set-up options. And whats with the credits thingy. I got stung last night for reversing on the track (had to get out the barriers somehow)
Oh and my force feedback is all backwards

Theres a cheat for just releasing all the cars anyway, the RSC forums has it somewhere and its just a case of editing the player.plr file. As for your FF problems (no wonder you think its odd driving with reverse FF lol) slide the force strength slider into -100, I'm guessing you have a Logitech wheel?

I have played a bit online, somehow it is less daunting than GTR.

This weekend, I'm working the days but the evenings would be possible.

RB Ill be playing from 7 onwards..... I think you can search for player names but i think ill be on a server called The Edge . Was a friendly bunch earlier.

BTW have you come across the F3 mod? No new tracks yet, but the '05 field of F3 cars. People reckon they fit very nicely between the rTrainer and the FI clone in the game. I've played around with it, but really need a lot of work before I get anything like quick. One thing though the mod does sound fantastic. It is here if you want to have a look.

Considering the game has only been out a few days this is a very impressive start to the modding. Hopefully we'll get some decent realworld tracks soon.

Heh yeah its what I been playing all night . I couldnt find the edge server on my list after reconnecting for the evening, was on the jolt server. Ahh well, youll catch me most evenings pottering about.

There is a real world track released 24 hrs after game, Lime Rock Park which is a real nice track albeit a little thin. Utterly impressed with the game still, I had initial doubts but I've had some really good races.

I just bought one of those snazzy Logitech wheels and GTR. Lovely game, but not easy finding a race. Were the guys in the UK league hardcore? I'm trying to find somewhere relaxed to race as I'm not that good yet.
I raced last night on a pub, got called a useless c*nt by some guy because I lost it breaking into a hairpin chicane at Monza. He wanted me booted, which didn't happen. I finished 3rd he was 5th, oh how I laughed
