Does anyone know how the GSV will spawn to be picked up, is a 24 hour pop rate or more often than that?

I can't say for sure, but when I completed my quest (handed in all the 50 wings, one by one) it spawned. Wasnt at the same location, but more on a 180 degree turn, but still on inner ring of the tents. was lying near one of the tents on the ground.

for me it was spawned allready, but id say it respawns at the very most every 24h or so

encounters have an x% chance to spawn every x amount of time, respawn could be within a few hours or days its completely random

i did it somewhere at 2am in the morning(handing in the wings)
wasnt there
when i got back up in the morning it was there , rdy to pick up :x
