GSV vs GoV

I have activated GSV on my zerker and i always hear ppl telling me that it is only(better) for stealthers and GoV is the best for tanks.I can say that str cap and dex cap(GoV) is kinda nice but I think lvl 10 GSV ability is v usefull in rvr too.I have noticed that all grps in american servers try to kill the MA tank first(see desolate video) and i have seen some ppl on prydwen doing the same.As a result the reactive snare proc would be uber preventing the enemy tanks from killing the GSV user tank What do you think ?lads? :bazbeer:

That sounds like a dumb tactic, why would the MA tank not be bodyguarded?
