GSV mele version!!!?

Ok.. before i get really fecked off and jump the gun abit id like to know if im missing something here!
Atm i have GSV on my Scout lvl 10!
I am respecing my Scout now to a pure Mele spec and it has taken ages to get the right template what i had spent so much time on to be able to compete at high RR!
I was extremely happy today when i was farming for Mad Tales 3of3 and it dropped within 1 hour!
Only thing needed now for my template is Golden Spear Artifact!
I was about to log when i thought id go and activate Maddening Scallers now.
And then i thought sod it, i might aswell take my Scout out of action for abit whilst i lvl up my Artifacts in PoC!
For my template i have to 'respec' GSV to mele spec! At present it is Archer version!
I then went to Artifact Scholar Jarran and hes not giving me the option to respec my GSV!
Now... if this is the case, then my whole time in making my template and buying some of the most rare items in game has been a waste of time!

It clearly sais on the www.visionofsages.com website that you can either spec:

Stealther and light tank version or Archer version

As far as im aware, i am a stealther and i should have the abbility to use the mele spec version! If this is not the case then it should have been ''Assasin and light tank''!!!!!
Can someone whos in the know clarify this for me as i dont think many archers would have tried this spec on the GSV so maybe it might be a bug!
Either way im pissed atm!

The GSV for scouts is default archery and cannot be changed, unlucky mate :/

if you want %melee as a scout you get gov.

if you want archery bonuses you get gsv

Not that simple if it sais stealther/light tank on VoS, and for the items i have got with resists etc for the complete template, i needed that specifically!

I dont see any reason why Scouts cant activate it as Mele as GoV you can !?

GSV can be used for bards, infils, and zerkers(i think)

Yes... but what im saying is that i went to respec my GSV what i have been wearing for the last year now at level 10 to level 0 as i wanted to respec out of the archer version to the stealthermele version!
If scouts cant get the mele version, then it should say <stealther/light tank> version! It should say <stealther/Light tank> version!
I dont see why they cant have it anyway tbh?

i think youre missing ONE thing... VOS isnt a official site.. its a site written by volounteers, so you cant fully trust that site so if that fucks youup.. your fault for not checkn with the official sources before building a 100plat template with it (shouldnt be so hard fitting in gov instead though)

why do u think i ran around in ML6 top with gsv lvl 10 in vault ^^
