why do i get an error message when i try to play a demo,

pap, im at work and cant remember the error meassage,

something like wave/something not found ?

playdemo name.dem

i get this message

any one help me, sorry, im a bit of a noob

oh and what has happened to meatballs?

aint seen him for yonks, where is he, has he gave up cs all together?

err not sure what your prob is, but u dont have to type the .dem bit after the name

are they 1107 or earlier demos(recorded in an older version).

old demos are no longer compatable with the game.
there is a .bat file with switches the .dlls around, so you can view old hl,tfc and cs demos, then it'll switch em back for online play. it might have been announced oon a news site, try planetfortress.com, if no, look in their forums, thats where the guy who made it hangs out.
