Just like to introduce myself, I currently play on EQ as a level 50 Bard on Morell Thule and I am trying out DAoC as I enjoyed the BETA test.

My initial character is a Celt Bard, although I think I may have already messed up by putting points into the YELLOW stats which I now find increase anyway.

Does anyone know of any Bard creation sites on the web so I can avoid such mishaps again?

I understand that some decisions need to made regarding what areas to focus your Training points on, but thats about all.

For a bard's starting stats you'll usually want to go with constitution, empathy and charisma, even tho they increase automatically it's hard to have too much of these stats for a bard (feel free to correct me any bards out there).

As for your skill points, can't give any advice because it really depends on your playing style, and best of luck, good to see another defector from EQ .

Why put points in Empathy ? Bards don't use it....

Welll.....

I think I put 10 into Constitution, 10 into Charisma and 10 into STR, and thanks for the links everyone. I had tried most of the 'usual' sites like Casters Realm, IGN network etc. but didn't find much Bard specific stuff so these ahould help a lot.
