Easy. 75 or 80 versus 50 starting dexterity as well as dexterity as a secondary rising stat (no rising dex at all for healers), same range on mezz. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out who will cast faster if instas are not up, RR11 or not.

.....and beeing a "created at retail" - char, also gives ppl disadvantages such as emp/int/qui/cha etc in base stats :(

If im not mistaken Zapsi is a rather Charismatic kinda dorfeh healur. So even with aug-dex4 he still cant outmezz Eld/Sorc CC. Lull4win imo ;)

The drawback beeing old-sk00l :clap:
