Afaik he drops buffs against enemies he knows to be unbuffed.. he was unbuffed when I met him with my cabby outside sauvage anyhows, but he had 2 friends with him tho (eld and a hero(?)) and the eld was definitely buffed

doubt Jamie is using a Buffbot. The only times he dropped other buffs than his selfbuffs, he was grouped with some Warden/Druid/Bard(?).

I had a fight with him and when he died he was unbuffed though i saw them drop right at the start but not sure

had just left my group m8 reason i was buffed....mind these days if someone offers me buffs i do accept..if cant beat em join em but most of the time i do still run unbuffed unless in group..
