Soltek KT400C Motherboard VIA Chipsets.

Things ive tried:

When did this starting to happen? Did you install anything recently? Are you O/Cing? Have you checked the heat?

I had this problem your memory is knackered on your GFXcard
time to replace it (if its under warranty they will change it with no problems).

if you are using overclocking tools turn them off as this will bork it (if not already screwed up)

Not O/C anything.
The card is about 3 - 5 months old.

I have changed the drivers to 3.5 catalyst and seems to have removed the gfx problem. But now sometimes computer freezes and sometimes I get a BSOD.

:(

I always remove the faulty driver files before installing a new one. Dont know why I crash or get BSODs tbh :/

I myself use Catalyst 4.4 Drivers for my Radeon 9700 and turn of the fast-write and possibly the agp speed (somehow doesn't wanna work without crashed here). After that it all ran fine here. And you might wanna check your mhz ratings on your videocard. Some brands tend to OC your card...

Okay i had a simular problem with my older machine when i put in the new card - i had a conflict with new card and motherboard one...

i had to "disable" the motherboard gpx (INTEL crap one). Rebooted and it worked...

Not sure if will have the same effect for you but work a shot.
