It's Liberty City again and the main character is a Russian.

Gotta hand it to Rockstar, they really know how to come up with the goods when it comes to originality.

More people, more cars, more detail... I'm looking forward to a good/evil approach to character building. And easier modding. And online play.

Although I wasn't that impressed with the LCS soundtrack. Hopefully there will be a rock or metal station, plus the hilarious public radio! Nice if they added a custom soundtrack option as well, seeing as both 360's and PS3's can hold MP3's.
