Think you can dress that up a bit? It's just a copy and paste job anyways. So why not copy the pictures over as well, show that you put some effort in to it and not something that you managed to squeeze in between commercial breaks.

And while I'm on the subject, how about keeping the patcher notes up-to-date?

The NA patcher has all the herald information as it's posted, with the most recent posts at the top and not just a link in the upper right.

This just smacks of laziness, these are not difficult things to do, but it would at least show that GOA is taking their job seriously.

I can't believe this is a whine thread.
Its not about whining its about getting the same quality of service from GOA as other WAR players do from Mythic.

I had read the grab bag on Mythics site before i read them on GOA and tbh i was shocked out how lazy they are... they spend more time trying to dress up the 'New Grab Bag' when all they did was change the title from 'Grab Bag' to 'Questions and Answers 31'.

Look [1][2][3] at the patch notes i post on here. Takes 5 minutes, i include pictures for the headings and also if not included from Mythic make images for the header to spice it up a bit.

It seems as if we're paying for a half hearted service. Where is the Realm/Server Status Pages we were promised, and what should have been ready well before launch?

Damn right it is. If GOA can't do something so mind-numbingly simple, they should pass control off to a more capable company.

It's not like their responsibility towards this game in the EU is particularly taxing. They maintain that 'site', take payments, apply patches/hotfixes given to them by Mythic, provide their version of customer support and pass on feedback/bug reports.

Some semblance of competence and professionalism is warranted here.

Fair point, I apologise for my early morning counter-whine post :)

I was too lazy to look at the entire Mythic Grab Bag and took the thread at face value :)

No worries. :D

I've been trying to hold back my rants a bit, but since today is my first subscription day and GOA now have my money I expect things to be, at the bare minimum, on par with Mythics' site.

seriously, there is ONE simple solution to this

start a "GOA: FIRE OR TRAIN THE MONKEY WHO DOES YOUR WEBSITE WHO CAN ONLY DO FLASH " petition

they have the money now, send him on a course, or get someone else


would fix it rather fast :p
