got returned mail? re: new passes

Over the weekend I tried to send my details to subscription@GOA.com , the email was consequently returned, so I assumed the email would not be working until subs or rightnow came back online.

Last night was getting a little impatient so i sent my deatails again only to find they did not get returned this time !!!

Anyone else tried to mail and couldn't?

Just gotta hang around the letterbox for a week now?

I still can't receive any mail, I have send more than 5 email to subscription@goa.com last week and 1 this week still no reply!!!!

If you have not received your password (for instance if your email indicated in your profile was not correct), as this is the case for several hundred players, you will have to write to subscription@goa.com when it reopens, specifying your personal information (name, address…), as well as your Game login. Your IDs will be sent to you via post mail. This email address is for the moment saturated, but we are working on restarting the customer support and subscription section as quickly as possible.

The emails being sent atm won't be read or responded to because the email address is either not open or just not being read until rightnow is open.

Will daoc give us all the free days to the ppl that HAVENT RECEIVE his email with the password yet? or they will just say no u just got a free day like rest cause ur email was wrong or other stupid things?

Although partially it is their fault that some weren't able to change their email address others changed their email address over a year ago and didn't update it on DAOC site, the EULA likely says information must be kept up-to-date so they won't have to give the ones that didn't have email address up-to-date any compensation

God, i'm gone for about 2 months, and find out someone hacked the passwords? or uhm.. whatever happened.. i have to email goa and get them to send me my pass via snail mail???????

I don't even know if I can be bothered. Everyone probably forgot me by now anyway

FYI it also happened to some people who had the correct email in their database. ( get all the account expired/renewed info etc etc ).
