Got a server comming ... I hope

Well i bought an old K6-2 500MHZ with 300MB ram.

Going to put it up asap make it run Vector linux and put a NWN server on it.
Barring any networking problems this should support 8 or more players.

I'll need some beta testers tho

having said that, I'm moving the mail and http facilities of gandalf the dual xeon server to a sun ultra10 that as yet has no name. this means that once the migration is done, I'm just an installation away from running NwN server.

I got vecrot linux installed on the box, but first order of buisness is actualy setting it up as testframe, then i'll look into NWN

i dont know why, but the name Nostromo (alien) and the sulrocco (aliens) came to mind straight away when i thought of server names for it.

I gave up and named the Sun samwise
