got a problem and customer support is dead :(

I was playing daoc peacefully and one day I just logged out (that was yesterday) and could not log in back ( internet connection is perfect i haven't changed anything... and it still says check your internet connection...
I traced route to login1.camelot-europe.com and the ping was lost right at the end
anyone got any ideas how to solve it?

I live in Finland. and have noooo problems. Exept when Auria desides to take down adsl for 1 hour in primetime for some reason=)
