had some nice fights anyway see u all in Leirvik

Leirvik aint no where near as active as molvik ...Leirvik imo is a stealthers BG.. towers so close & the layout of it makes it great for stealthers, the times ive been there wit my BD 9/10 i just see stealthers

leirvik is much more balanced when compared to molvik,

you get some very enjoyable battles in leirvik, be warned though there are people with arti's and ML's that run around in leirvik.

Leirvik is strange in the way the battles are day to day, there are days when theres only a few stealthers running around, dont let it deter you, on a good day the towers can change hands many times, the keep only really changes hands once a day at most.

Theres very little if ever PK camping.

I must admit now thinking back the battles i had in leirvik were more enjoyable than how things unfolded in molvik, molvik was just a little too quick, everything would be taken by one realm far too quickly. In leirvik theres almost a sence of a slow push to win battle, not to mention the amount of stand offs, or almost taking a keep only for it to be re-supplied with the enemy and walls all fixed up, than the battles all start all over again, this happens a fair bit making battles last a lot longer.

You'll get used to the water in the end, a stealther/archers dream with all he water there, just stay away from the shores if your a caster or week against arrows.

btw, i played a caster there.

Leirvik really picks up at around the 9pm mark

tbh I found Molvik much more fun than leirvik when I went there with my zerker. I really hate the leirvik layout .. a small island in the middle of nowhere with water all around , cant go anywhere without getting shot by some damn archer npc guards with crazy range. Was more nice fights in molvik =/

Yup they should nerf the range of those npc archers. They control half the island, which sucks badly when you're not in possesion of the ck.

and fear my uber aten's shield and ml2 crossbow armsman (all uber artifacted out omg!)

though I'm not sure I like the idea of the 1000 bonedancers that I was fighting in Molvik with my cleric all turning up in Leirvik (I'd not seen many bonedancers in there till last night)

It's about as annoying as running into 3 sorcs or 3-4 necro's though.

Actually I find Leirvik often has a lot more in-keep fights, one side is always knocking holes in the walls and charging in (until some arse puts the keep to level 10 of course - stupid, complete waste of gbp and makes the BG seriously crap)

Leirvik's the most badly designed BG even. Impossible to roam the island without getting aggro from either the guards or silly mobs.
Tiny as well. Stealther paradise. Archers dont have to leave the towers and can almsot always flee back inside if they choose. And the amount of DI abusing Infils is just comical. The size of the island is practically the range of DI.
