the spear will be maxed if you equip the spear but then you won´t have dex/quick maxed, lack of 10-15 points....

well, personally i'm no fan of using TG stuff, since they are very expensive and sometimes hard to get...

this is the template i'm using ... mind the MP gloves and MP bow
if you like you can use 99% gloves and bow but you'll loose 2%energy and 1% body/slash.
