Good anti-virus program?

Do anyone have a good virus program for me? i think i have all diffrent kind of viruses on my PC and i want them removed without having to /format C !

Spybot search and destroy
Avg anti virus (has firewall etc as well)
Adaware

Those I use tbh.. there are others - just google for em

For AV I recommend F-Secure. Nothing else beats it imo

For anti-trojan/spyware, I recommend ZoneAlarm

General tips:
- Setting your homepage to /about-blank avoids google hijacking
- Set ZoneAlarm to allow only permitted (excluded) 3rd party cookies
- Regularly remove temp internet files, .tmp, and .temp files
- Keep drivers updated
- Run Windows update auto
- Ensure your AV and spyware software is automatically updated
- Don't open any email attachments unless you're sure of the source
- Stay away from dodgy pron sites

Nothing gets through.. AVG isn't really needed anyway..

NOD32 is 'very agressive', and low on resources, great actually.



(Using MS Antispyware to keep that crap off)



And the great free tip:

Create 2 windows accounts:

1) Admin all rights
2) User no rights, only use

Install using admin (only what needed), use with normal. Takes longer to have ur pc all set at first.. but spyware and virus have harder time getting in your system.

You can get one of MS's powertoys (TweakUI i think?), to make it autolog the norights account.. no worries then __ or atleast less

For even better protection, disconnect your computer from the internet, open your PC tower case, remove all the components, fill it with liquidized jaffa cakes, and re-cover. Voila ! No viruses any more
