Golden Spear encounter bugged?

So has anyone done Golden Spear in the last couple of days? Everytime I have checked it has been empty, not even any of those jinni mobs swimming in the pond that pop while the encounter is down. There are crocs at the bottom of the pond tho but are they always there?

Making this enquiry before I rightnow it. Reply please if you have done the encounter during the last week.

M'kay. Used to see the djinns in the pond when it's down but I guess they don't need to be there anymore :touch:

I stopped doing it with the cabbie as the spear doesn't appear to drop anymore with focus

Unless it was just bugged on the 2 times i tried since 1.69.

the pond is empty. It has lesser dust jannis etc when the encounter is down

It's just plain empty :|

The encounter is very buggy tbh. For instance is someone talks to one of the Dinjin's then attacks them and draws them back to the barrier line (which stops you from kiteing them back to the guards) but then dies, if someone then talks to the Dinjin the whole encounter despawn's.

It has to be bugged. Like 4th or 5th day now without the encounter being up. Also when I try to stealth in the pond approximately at the places where the purps spawn, I get "You are too close to an enemy to hide". Can it be that the mobs have spawned inside the ground ?
