Its all these fecking cheaters.

I tested the OGC cheat pack thingy - it no longer resides on my system - it scares me!
Why do peeps wrte something like that - there arent any excuses for it!

I almost at the point of giving up playing, for thoughs of you who have seen me arround i have cable and i am pretty good - top three everytime (well mostly) - and when peeps are beating me that are getting far top many lucky shots its just dis-heartening.

I have resorted to pulling my hair out.

These cheats seem to be in widespread use, the admins do nothing because they need irrefutable proof and you cant get that without a screenshot of the cheater in action from his pc :/

It pains me to say that it is sickening, and doesnt do the community any good whatsoever.

I'm sure valve know about these cheat utilities, and they say theyre working on fixing the exploits of hl. But with that we know that fair play is becoming extremely rare.

Maybe we should blankett the whole of the community with links of where people can get these utilities aswell, ie try and level the playing field by everyone having the cheat ? but by stooping as low as these childish pre pubescent twats arent we being like them ?

/me prays valve sort the exploits soon

yes that would even the playing field.

but plenty of people dont cheat know where these hacks can be downloaded, but choose not to cheat for one reason: what do you acheive if both the aiming and strategical ellements are removed from the game.

Said it before and I'll say it again:

'In-Eyes chasecam'

It wouldn't stop cheaters but it it would make then so much easier to spot (for the most part).

I remember in my Q2 days watching someone running an aimbot and it was blindingly obvious.

If Valve or the CS team put this in, the admins could ban people far more quickly and with more certainty.

Can't be that hard can it ? It's all Q2/Q1 engine code ?

the funny part is, the HLTV has a first person view. now if they have it in the HLTV, then surely adding it as a spectator mode is simple?
