I was just wondering why Goa do not not intend to impy Ingame support...
Do they serious think that only 1 form of support, RightNow, which reply time relies on a translater :bore: will do.
Does no-one notice that Mythic have 3 methods of known public costumer support : Phone service, Ingame CSRs, online help and get nearly daily News which informs their costumers.
Are we not equal to the Americans, do we not deserve the same amount of quality from the service which we pay the same amount for (near enough).
I am sure people would feal alot more secure when they RvR, If they knew what the fellow enemies who tend to mysterious vanish and appear to their opponent, are upto.
We'd all like to be at ease if someone was watching for any dodgy 3rd party users rather than us having to inform them, and we'd all apprieciate ingame support at some time in our gaming career, rather than submiting an RightNow application.
Any opinions would be appreciated about this matter.
