GOA technical support

Hi folks

I have a problem with my account which cannot be rectified using their online service (which sucks badly) and need to contact GOA technical support\customer services by telephone.

Has anyone been able to contact them by telephone and if so can you let me know the telephone number

GOA has no call center and no telephone customer support. For subscription problems, e-mail subscription@goa.com (anything not subscription related sent to that address will be ignored, I presume). Everything else has to go through their web-based RightNow system.
