I hope they read these pages at times.
All mails I send to their customer support is returned with user unknown. Last week they emailed me that my account had been closed, EVENTHOUGH I HAD VALIDATED to renew my subscription monthly.
It is now the fith day since I mailed them that I had lost my subscription login; wich in fact is the most silly system I have heard of. No reply yet ...
