Change your sub page to stop auto renew (changes can take a day to filter through apparently) Then go back to the subs pages 24hrs later, confirm your account is not set to auto renew - and take a screenshot, thats what i'll be doing when i decide to stop playing.

yeah, and you'll get an email back of them wanting to know the EXACT time and date that you cancelled your autorenewal. I've got no fecking clue... 't was somewhere in october though, but haven't got the slightest idea what date but I do know that I had cancelled it and that I do however have another renewal going on now.
I did want to continue playing though so I do not mind having another few months, but I did not like to see that they just did it without my confirmation.

i have set my renew on the accounts to none, i set them that way about 10 days ago on all of them. Most likely i will renew, but i wont be happy if GoA bill me without my authorisation.

would you be happy if a company took some money out of your account without your authorsiation?

Actually I would if it wasnt a big sum, I mean less candy for me.. better body shape etc. ;p

maybe so . but it doesnt take away from the FACT they ARE stealing money from people if they cancel the auto renew and GOA still take money out from ya.
