I want to ask something to all daoc users.

Do you all have such trouble with the costumer support of goa?
I've send em an email 2 days ago, and still haven't got anything back :mad: Do they have to study so hard on the emails before they can awnser them?

I've just send them an email about my password. Cause I can't active ToA because they prob changed my password and haven't send it to me yet. :(

I wish they do something about the costumers support. Hire someone new or something or another person :( .

I sent off a Rightnow thingie last week, got the reply the next day. afaik you can't actually get your subs password changed though - could be wrong however.

2 days is that all? i sent something off on the 16th Feb, and am still waiting for it to be resolved... they finally replyed on the 11th March to ask a question i already gave the answer to in the first post :touch:

i once waited 4 months for a response to a rightnow query, updating it every week - never got a reply, its still there i just cba to keep updating it.
