GOA Quest Chopped Silver ?

Has anyone completed this newly implemented Quest ?

There doesn't seem to be much information about it. Only thing it says in the journal is "Will you manage to exchange the forge Silver Idol for a real silvered cult object in Albion?"

I have found out there maybe some travel to the Alb frontier but thats all, there is a general description on GOA's pages but nothing that give's any clues.

Anyone have any idea's.

The NPC in Vasudheim tells you about a cleric that leaves Snowdonia each morning to travel to the Relic Fortress

I am guessing that you have to kill him, but having spent RL hours standing outside Snowdonia I have yet to see him........

Others may have more precise info

Saw him once when was running bored around snowdomia cant kill him as he's friendly NPC
