GOA quest: Chopped silver! HELP

HI! i was wondering if any1 had done the new GOA quest: Chopped silver ?and if any1 can help me, i have some trouble finding the munk and i cud use some information on his lvl etc etc etc Thank you very much if u can help

doable solo at 38+, he wanders from Snowdonia castle towards Myrmidon at dawn....cant recall loc's..i just sat and killed grey albs till i saw him wander past.

2 adds with him. Ive sit outside castle myrddin for 24 hrs gametime and he never showed up maybe its bugged... havent tried it in 1.63 though..

was on the friday news...all GOA content has been re-enabled in this patch!

The problem is i even can't get to snowdonia with those stupid guards all around :/
