GOA inept?

For those of you who have ever requested their subscription password from GOA:

Does it normally take 4 days after your first email for them to ignore your subsequent 4 emails (with the information they require) and then send you one saying that as they have not heard from you they are marking your request as "Solved"?

Is it just me going through DAOC withdrawal or is their customer service always this disgusting??

Baltik are you certain that your email adress is up to date and that the replies are not sorted as junk mail?

If none of these are issues, drop me a line with one of your character names at zargar@goa.com and I'll take a look at what happened.
