GOA email me!!!

i emailed goa about changing my email address that is on my camelot acc...
see the email that is on my acc i cannot open anymore coz i aint got the p/w...i have in-game p/w's / subs / cd-key but i cant accept the email change over...now i emailed this to goa about 2weeks bak and still no reply...any1 able to help or any1 from goa read this thread pm me here or in-game plz...

I have the same problem on one of my older accounts.

Had the same problem last year, fortunatly my ISP was very helpfull and able to re-allocate the old email address used.

You've covered the bases anyway, I think the standard request for a change to the account details is to email subscriptions(at)goa.com with the name and address the account was origionaly set up with along with the CD key.

i emailed them last week with reason why i cant get at the email, and everything else needed, they still havent replied >< really annoying as i cant pay for subscription due to that "A invoice is in process" reply and i need to click a link on the email to friggin get it to stop ><

i know how long it takes to answer emails, but coming upto 2 weeks now :/
