GOA are a bunch of muppets

Last week I let my subscription lapse as I don't play DAOC anymore due, partly, to GOA's incompetence

Today I received the following email from GOA

Keep preciously this information in a safe place. It is advised to print this email upon reception.

Warning : NEVER communicate your passwords. You will never be asked for them by the members of the Dark Age of Camelot - Europe team.

Install the game, if it's not already done, and, when prompted, enter your CD-key. The game will be automatically updated. Enter your GAME login and password, select the server you want to play on and let the adventure begin !

What to do is check that no money is being deducted from your account, as they have been a bit naughty in that regard with other people.

back on the dorm 4 guys borrowed my visa to pay their accounts.
all 4 stopped playing... and when goa did their renewal trick all 4 accounts started charging again, taking 88eur from my account (2*32 and 2*12)

I write complaint to goa asking for a refund on the 4 accounts, in the complaints I include my own accounts and tell them NOT to touch those

day after my account is closed and I´m getting 32 eur payed back.... however the 4 inactive accounts I´m still paying for hasn´t been touched.....

<sigh>
