As you may have heard in the News magazines and on TV, yesterday was a big strike day in France. While GOA was not at all concerned by this strike, the repercussion affected a non negligible part of our teams, preventing them to reach the office yesterday. There may be a small delay in the treatment of the messages sent to our Customer Support this week, giving some time for everyone here to catch up on things."
As i have tried to use the so called support GOA provides, i can't see the problem. Why does emplyoyees need to be at the office when they are only using auto-replys? Maybe for the copy & paste answers they provide. Not sure really.
The notice should be 'We are gone atm, but you haven't noticed it, hehe'
