Can we get an official explanation of what just happend to all europe servers for dark ages of camelot, pleese is some of u guys r online plz say a word or two plz!

replied in the other thread but here's the official news item:

Following a technical problem at our server hosting facility, the admins had to brutally shutdown every Dark Age of Camelot server sadly without giving us time to warn all the players ingame.

The technical teams are working on resolving the problem and we will let you know as soon as there is more information available. The last ETA we had was all servers up and running again by 19:00 CET.

Servers should be back up at 19:00 CET if all goes well.

They Said on the homepage that they had a aircondition problem. Well that would explain the panick shutdown. I've been working in the business of making and maintain serverrooms, and way too often companies have too small cooling units. They were ok when the room was first made, but as they expand the server capacity they save a few bugs and dont upgrade the cooling. At some point the unit breaks down and they have to act fast to prevent damage on the hardware.
