Hmm, well I don't use them, but there is quite an established internet Cafe in around the centre. I'm not sure of the name, even though I pass it most weekends. I'll pop in and try and find out for you.

Matey, don't worry about Glasgow.

Avoid certain areas (like Easterhouse and Govan) just like any big city, but it's a great city with loads of character. West end is great fun, with plenty drinking-holes especially round about the Byres Road area. Loads of nightlife too so you'll never get bored.

I've been all over the place, from Aberdeen to London, and Glasgow ranks as one of my top places... along with Nottingham which has got to have THE nicest looking ladies in the world... or maybe they just like to go out more :p

If you are looking for accomodation when you get up there, check out the southside.. Pollockshaws is quite well priced. Go to the West End of Glasgow if you can afford it.

Good luck and have fun
